August 4th Primary Election

Drop off your ballot at one of three locations throughout Suffolk, now through election day. Drop boxes are under camera surveillance and available 24/7 outside at the following locations.

• North Suffolk Library, 2000 Bennetts Creek Park Rd.
• Curtis R. Milteer, Sr. Recreation Center 132 Robertson Street
• Voter Registration Office, 440 Market St.

Dropboxes will also be available at all regular polling places on Election Day, August 4th from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

IN PERSON EARLY VOTING

In person, early voting for Suffolk voters will be available at 440 Market Street, First Floor, Suffolk 23434 starting Thursday, June 18, 2026.
Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Saturday voting will occur Saturday, July 25 and Saturday, August 1.

New for this election! Sunday voting available on:
Sunday, July 19 and Sunday July 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Last day to vote early in-person absentee is Saturday, August 1.

IN PERSON AT YOUR POLLING PLACE ON AUGUST 4TH

At your regular voting polling place from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The last day to register to vote or to apply for an Absentee Ballot is Friday, July 24th.
